2 Day chimpanzee tracking safari to Kibale Forest national park in Uganda is one of the best safari destination in Uganda and Africa especially for primates’ experience and mostly known for chimpanzee tracking and its ever green forest. The park has the highest number of primates in Africa totaling to 13 different species included chimpanzees that are habituated for tourism and research purposes in their untouched natural environment. Kibale forest national park has one of the most beautiful tropical forest in Africa with over 351 tree species have been registered.

Day 1; Kampala city/Entebbe town/ Airport – Transfer to Kibale forest national park – Evening guided nature walk

Pick up from either Kampala city or Entebbe town/ International at exactly 7:00 am and start your road drive Kibale forest national park through several small towns of Mityana, Mubende, Kyenjogyo and tea plantations to check in at your reserved lodge to have, refreshments, lunch and later get engage in an evening guided nature walk at Bigodi sanctuary wetland. This walk will a platform to encounter natural diversity of the park such as over 341 tree species,  flowers, butterflies, different tree species and several monkeys such as the red Colobus and L’Hoest monkeys. Then get back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight

Day 2; Kibale Forest national park – Morning chimpanzee tracking – Return to Kampala or Entebbe city / airport

Have early morning breakfast and go to the park head office for briefings regarding how to conduct yourself during chimpanzee tracking expedition. Then embark on your long time waited adventure and you will be welcomed by pant-hoot calls of the chimpanzees. During this walk, you will view other primates especially monkeys jumping in the tree branches and several bird species. After your chimpanzee adventure, return to your starting point to have lunch and later return to Kampala or Entebbe city or airport to meet your return flight with an unforgettable 2 Day chimpanzee tracking safari to Kibale forest national park experience.
