Day 1: Arrival at the Kilimanjaro International airport
You will be welcomed by our professional driver guide who will drive you to the Hotel in Arusha. Our guide will have a short safari briefing session with you at the Hotel and leave you to relax and have a dinner at Impala Hotel.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park.
After breakfast at the hotel, you leave early to Tarangire National park. This is the third largest park in Tanzania and it is characterized by the amazingly large herds of elephants that can be encountered in this park. The Baobab trees are one of the other highlights of Tarangire and the Tarangire River that flows all year round is the lifeblood of the park. Many predators and the preys alike gather around the river where you can do the excellent game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire safari Lodge
Day 3: Tarangire to Serengeti
After breakfast depart from Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge the site of the Leakey family discovery of fossils 50 km long and in some places 90 meters deep. It drains the slopes of the nearby mountains plus of human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years. Olduvai Gorge is a canyon carved by water through the southern part of the Serengeti Plain. Dinner and overnight at Ikoma Safari Camp
Day 4: Full day in Serengeti Park
After breakfast, we will take your packed lunch for full day game drives in the wilderness tracking the great migration trails. The thorough explanation of this great world event that Tanzania proud of will be provided. Then after driving back to Ikoma Safari Camp or Serengeti Serena Safari lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
We will proceed with our 7 Day Serengeti Migration Safari, After breakfast we will drive to Ngorongoro Crater, passing through Olduvai Gorge, the site of the Leakey family discovery of fossils 50 km long. It drains the slopes of the nearby mountains plus of human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge
Day 6: Full day in Ngorongoro Crater
This day we will start early morning for the game drive (with a picnic lunch) inside the Ngorongoro Crater. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. After great all exploration in the crater, the drive will drive back to your lodge. For overnight and dinner at your lodge.
Day 7: Drive to Lake Manyara National Park
We depart at 07:00 from your lodge and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Although small in size, this park is one of the most diverse reserves in the country. Lake Manyara covers two-thirds of the park. At the backdrop is the wall of the Great Rift Valley, before which lies the ground water forest, areas of open grassland near the lake foreshore, and the Soda Lake.
We enjoy our 7 Day Serengeti Migration Safari with a picnic lunch in this area, which consists of open grassy areas, hot springs, dense woodlands and steep mountainsides. Lake Manyara National Park is a birding paradise that has more than 350 species of bird. The park is also famed for its unique and elusive tree-climbing lions. After great all exploration in the Lake Manyara national park, we will drive back to Arusha for overnight.
