This 3 days flying Uganda safari to Murchison falls national park is planned for those who do not want long time driving. This safari will take you to Murchison Falls National Park for game drives to search for the wildlife species in this park, afternoon boat launch trip on the River Nile, exploring the Murchison Falls. Murchison Falls national park is a home to a variety of mammals such as; Caped buffaloes, the huge Elephants, Rothschild giraffes, Leopards, Lions, numerous antelopes, primates like; Patas monkeys, Olive baboons, Vervet monkeys, Black and white colobus monkeys and the Intelligent Chimpanzees, many aquatic animals that can be seen during boat cruise trip such as; schools of hippopotamus and huge Nile crocodiles. The park is also a paradise to bird lovers as they be able to encounter over 451 different bird species such as; the rare shoebill stork, different species of kingfishers, African skimmers, Abyssinian ground hornbill, Black-billed barbet, Black-headed lapwing, Denham’s bastard and many other.

Day 1; Pick up from Entebbe international airport / any hotel in Kampala or Entebbe – Transfer to Murchison falls national park

On your arrival at Entebbe international airport / after having your early morning breakfast at your hotel, meet a driver from Africa Adventure Vacations who will be waiting for you for a briefing about your 3 days Uganda flying safari to Murchison Falls National Park and then transfer to either Entebbe international airport or Kajjansi airstrip to board your charter flight to Murchison falls national park at Pakuba airstrip. On arrival at Pakuba airstrip, you will be warmly welcomed by our company representative who will be your driver guide and drive to your reserved lodge to check in, be briefed about your safari, have refreshments, lunch and relax then in the evening go for your evening game drive that will give you a chance to see a number of mammals such as Jackson hartebeest, Rothschild giraffes, different antelopes species, herds of buffaloes, Warthogs and to search for the predators like spotted hyenas, Lions and if you are lucky the leopards and some primates like vervet monkeys. Day 2; Murchison falls National park – Morning game drive – Afternoon boat cruise – Hiking to the top of the falls

After having your early morning breakfast, set off for your morning game drive to search for more mammals and bird species of the park most especially the four members of the big five family of African savannah these include Lions, Leopard, Elephants and Caped buffaloes). This early morning game drive will make you standard higher chances to meet nocturnal of the park before they have returned to their hiding thickets such as the spotted hyenas, Jackals, porcupines, civets, lions, leopards, genets. During your morning game drive, you will meet several wildlife species more so when they are very active in the jungle feeding and playing. After enjoying your early morning game drive, return to your lodge to have refreshments, lunch and go for your afternoon boat launch. During your afternoon boat cruise, you will watch a number of huge Nile crocodiles, schools of hippopotamuses and other land mammals maybe seen on the shores of the river drinking water and other swimming such as Waterbucks, huge Elephants, Uganda Kobs, Caped buffaloes and many others plus different bird species like the rare shoebill stork, African skimmers, pied kingfishers, African fish eagle and many others. The boat cruise will take you few meters to the bottom of the falls which will give you a magnificent view of the falls and it will be at this point that you disembark off the boat to go for your evening hiking to the top of the falls to witness how the River Nile go through the tiny gorge of about 7 meters wide and dropping 43 meters that makes the water to turn crazy with a thunderous roars forming the devil’s cauldron. Day 3; Murchison falls national park – Early morning game drive- Fly back to Entebbe

After heavy morning breakfast, check out from your lodge then go for another morning game drive that will give you an opportunity to encounter other park wildlife species which you could be have missed during your previous game drives mostly the big predators which are rarely active during day. After your game drive, your driver guide with take you to Pakuba airstrip for your return flight to either Kajjansi airstrip or Entebbe international airport where you will meet our representative waiting for you for a transfer to your to have refreshments, lunch then take you to the airport for your return flight or to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala and this will be the end of   and later embark on your drive back to Entebbe international airport for your return flight or drop off at your residence within or around Kampala and this will the end of your 3 days Uganda flying safari to Murchison Falls National Park
