Punda Milias Camp

During your stay at the camp grounds, you may expect to see punda milias (zebras), antelopes, and birds, as the name indicates. Punda milias Camp Nakuru is a great choice for an amazing experience, whether you’re searching for a midweek vacation or a weekend treat, whether you’re traveling alone, with your lover, or with your family. Take a closer look at this image. Punda Milias Camp Nakuru is 6.1 mi (9.9 km) away from Punda Milias Camp Nakuru. This 3-star tentacle with 16 rooms offers included breakfast, an outdoor pool, and free self-parking.

The Punda Milias Camp Nakuru is 3 kilometers off the Nairobi-Nakuru highway, adjacent to the Greensteds estate. It has a sign on the other side of the road from Greensteds International School. At first glance, the facility appears to be ‘just another want to-be tourist resort,’ as evidenced by the modest, weather-beaten signage. They’ll be completely wrong. If you’re on public transportation, simply get out at one of the Greensteds’ bus stops on either side of the highway and ride a motorcycle the remaining 3 kilometers. The fees should not exceed 150/=, as this is on the higher end of the scale. The road isn’t paved, yet it may be driven on by any vehicle.

What are the facilities found on the ground?

Wonderfully groomed lawns, easy-on-the-eyes acacia trees, and a very relaxed atmosphere will invite you to the property. In the middle of the turmoil of city life, Punda Milias Camp appears to be an oasis of serenity and tranquility. It’s easy to be swayed by the welcome room, and it’s no surprise if you decide to extend your stay beyond what you had intended.

Accommodation facilities at Punda Milias Camp: At Punda Milias Camp, you have the choice of staying in one of six different types of accommodations: cottages (for families and/or big groups), Bandas (for couples and budget travelers), Safari Tents (for adventurers and couples), Camping Tents (for solo travelers and budget travelers), Dormitory tents (for large groups), and Punda Milias House (for families and large groups).

The cottages are inherently more expensive since they have a more detailed elegance. Even so, the costs are fairly reasonable, ranging from $4,500 to $6,000 depending on your boarding arrangements. The Bandas are tin huts that have been transformed into comfortable rooms with beds, chairs, a mosquito net, and insulated walls. This is an excellent addition because a tin home may get cold at night when the temperature drops.

The safari tents are fully self-contained luxury tents. You can be one with nature while still enjoying your creature comforts. The nicest thing is that the open air bathrooms allow you to shower beneath the stars. Camping tents are for budget-conscious travelers who don’t mind sleeping on the ground and sharing restrooms with other guests.
