Day 1; Pick up from Entebbe International airport – Drive to Kampala city
Upon your arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our company representative and your Uganda safari driver guide for pick up and transfer to your booked hotel to check in and later be briefed about your 10 days Uganda safari. Depending on your arrival time, you may go for Kampala city evening tour. Kampala is the capital city of Uganda and one of the most exciting cities in Africa with a variety of best sights that should not be missed on your visit to Uganda such as a visit to the Kabaka’s palace (Twekobe) and Idi Amin torture chambers, the Kabaka’s lake, the Old Kampala mosque (Gadaffi mosque) and the Uganda national museum. Day 2; Kampala city – Visit Ziwa rhino sanctuary – Transfer to Murchison Falls National park
This day after your early morning breakfast, check out and start to your drive to Murchison falls national park with a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for white rhino tracking. Ziwa Rhino sanctuary is the only place in Uganda where you can meet white rhinos in the wild, during rhino tracking you will have an opportunity to encounter rhinos closer to their feet with the help of your local guide and to stay with them for a maximum of one hour so you have to keep your camera on standby to capture all moments during rhino tracking. After white rhino encounter, have refreshments, lunch and then continue with your drive to Murchison falls national park to explore the “Murchison Falls” with a hiking to top of the falls to watch how the whole Victoria Nile river forcing it’s self through a tiny gorge of about 7 meters which makes it to turn into a violent tempest for about 42 meters below forming the said to be the worlds’ strongest falls which is breathtaking sight. Later, drive through the park and go to check in at your booked lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day 3; Uganda safari – Early morning game drive – Afternoon boat cruise trip – Evening game drive
Today after your fantastic breakfast, leave the lodge and go for your early morning game drive to encounter a variety of wildlife species both mammals and bird species. Murchison Falls National park is a home to over 76 both big and small mammals including 4 members of the big five family (Lion, Elephants, Caped buffaloes and Leopards) and over 450 bird species. So, during your morning game drive, your driver guide will help you to spot numerous wildlife species such as Giraffes, Uganda kobs, hug Elephants, the fearless Lions, Oribis, Jackson hartebeest, Warthogs and many others including bird species. After your adventurous game drive, have a short break to relax, have lunch and later go for your afternoon 3 hours boat cruise on the Victoria Nile which will you up to the bottom of the falls. While on Nile boat cruise, you will enjoy viewing a variety of wildlife animals such as hippopotamuses, Nile crocodiles and others on the shores as they have come to drink water such as elephants, waterbucks, caped buffaloes, Uganda kobs and many water lover birds such as red throated bee-eater, African fish eagle, malachite king fisher, rare shoebill stork. Day 4; Murchison Falls National Park – Drive to Kibale Forest national park – Bigodi sanctuary wetland nature walk
This day after your early morning heavy breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest national park through villages and small towns while watching the indigenous people carrying out their daily routes and enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the countryside that will make your drive so adventurous and exciting. Kibale forest national park is well-known to have the highest number of different primate species in Africa which are over 13 species plus chimpanzees our closest relatives having 98.8% human DNA. Other primates you may encounter includes; the blue monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabey, L’Hoest monkey, olive baboons, vervet monkeys and many others. On Your arrival at Kibale Forest national park, check in at your lodge, lunch, relax and later go for your evening guided nature walk to Bigodi swamp sanctuary. Bigodi swamp sanctuary, is a home to over 200 bird species which makes it a bird lovers paradise and it is possible for certain bird species to miss in the park forest and find them here, it is also home to over 8 primate. After your adventurous Bigodi sanctuary swamp guided nature walk, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Day 5; Kibale Forest national park – Chimpanzee trekking – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park – Kasoga community tour
Rise up early morning to have breakfast and meet your driver guide for a transfer to the park information center to meet other guests for your pre-trekking briefing about the dos and don’ts to follow during guided walk to search for chimpanzees and later set off to start your chimpanzee trekking walk. Your chimpanzee trekking safari will be guided to give you information about everything that you will en counter like bird species, other primates and mammals which will make it so exciting and adventurous. The time taken during chimpanzee trekking is not known but expected to be between 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the location of the family you are tracking. Once you meet them, you will have a maximum of 1 hour to watch them playing, making their nests and jumping in tree branches and you will be free to take as many photos as you would want. After meeting chimpanzees, return to the starting point to have refreshments, lunch and later embark on your road drive to Queen Elizabeth Park to visit Kasoga community. Kasoga community experience is the best way to directly get in touch indigenous people around the park to share with you their life style and relationship with wildlife so, they will take you through lots of their cultural life, marine practices, local fish preservation, visiting women making crafts shops and later, canoeing which will reward with remarkable experiences. Day 6; Queen Elizabeth national park – Early morning game drive – Afternoon boat cruise trip – Evening game drive
After enjoying your breakfast, leave the lodge and go for your early morning game drive through Kasenyi track which is proudly known as the mating ground for Uganda Kobs and hunting ground for the big predators such as lions, leopard and spotted hyenas. During your morning Uganda safari game drive, you will have an opportunity to encounter numerous number of wildlife species such as Elephants, Uganda kobs and other antelope species, Caped buffaloes, Warthogs, Forest giant hog, Lions, Leopard and many other species because this park has is a home to about 95 mammal species and over 600 bird species and one of the most popular wildlife destination in Africa to have diverse ecosystems that include sprawling savanna, humid forests, shady, sparkling lakes, fertile wetlands, and Ishasha plains the home of the tree climbing loins. Day 7: Queen Elizabeth national park – Visit wildlife Ishasha sector – Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park
After breakfast, check out and set off to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park via the Ishasha sector for a mid-morning Uganda safari game drive through Ishasha sector to sear h for the tree climbing lions. Ishasha sector is well-known for having the unique tree climbing lions and candelabra trees with big branches that allow lions to hang up there. It is one of the only part 2 in east Africa where you can find the tree climbing lions with ease. Retire from your game drive, have lunch and later continue with your drive to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park which is a home to half of the worlds’ remaining population of mountain gorillas, 120 mammal species, over 346 bird species, 400 plant species among. Day 8; Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park – Mountain Gorilla Trekking – Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
On this day after having breakfast, meet your driver guide and drive to the park information office for briefing about the guidelines to follow during mountain gorilla trekking and then start your forest walk to search for the mountain gorillas on your Uganda safari. In the course of mountain gorilla trekking, you may encounter many other wildlife species such as Bush pigs, forest Elephants, white and black colombus monkeys, chimpanzees and many bird species. Your guide will be able to give you information about everything that you will encounter which will make your forest walk so adventurous and exciting. The time taken on your Uganda safari while looking for mountain gorillas is no known but it is expected to be between 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on the location and movement of the gorilla family you are tracking and when you meet them, you will have a maximum of 1 hour while following their moves, enjoying the actions like young ones playing, adults making nests and taking photos so, your camera has to be on standby and fully charged. After spending your 1 hour of watching mountain gorillas, return to your starting point to pick your trekking certificate, enjoy your packed lunch and other refreshments and later drive to Lake Bunyonyi to spend your evening relaxing while canoeing and bird watching.

Day 9; Lake Bunyonyi – Morning boat riding – Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park – Night game drive

Day 10; Lake Mburo national Park – Morning horseback riding – Return to Entebbe international airport
Have a simple breakfast and go for your morning nature walk while horseback riding. Lake Mburo national park is the only park in Uganda where horseback riding can be done in the wilderness, it will enable you to watch a number of the park’s wildlife species such as Zebras, Elands, Buffaloes and Impala from a closer distance without being scared which makes it to be the best way of exploring the park and getting off the usual game drive tracks which enabling to encounter more than when you use a vehicle. After your horseback riding safari, return to your to have full breakfast and later check out to embark on your drive back to Entebbe international airport with an en-route stop at Kayabwe Equator landmark.
