Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Tarangire National Park
On this day, begin our 6-day Tanzania family safari with a pickup from our safari guide from the airport, who will pick you up from your hotel to begin this unforgettable safari to Tarangire National Park. The Tarangire national park has the most exciting safari adventure with the endless tree savannah and the seasonal marshes, which is also known as the largest herd in northern Tanzania with more than 400 elephants, and this is so much fun. Tarangire National Park also has giraffes, buffalo, lions, zebras, gnus, and several sorts of antelopes and gazelles to see. Upon arrival at the park, your driver will greet you with an open-top jeep and a comprehensive wildlife watch will begin with our lunch box, which will be transported to a picnic location, and in the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to see more of this fantastic and beautiful park. You will arrive late in the afternoon and check into one of your booked lodges at Karatu Tented Lodge for your dinner and overnight stay, and all the meals that will be provided will be at the lodge.
Day 2: Transfer from Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater
A somewhat aggressive start, followed by a trip through Africa’s graven fault, the Rift Valley, to the cooler zones of the cavity uplands. The Ngorongoro Crater is about 600 meters deep, and you may find an incredible variety of animals in this massive caldera. Close to the outstanding big animals, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, and rhinoceros, you’ll encounter nearly every creature that lives on the east African savanna. We’ll descend to the 600-meter crater to see more animals, including lion prides, hyena clans, jackal packs, hippos, zebras, herds of wildebeests, elephant bulls with extraordinarily long tusks due to the highly nutritious grass rich in minerals, and many others. It’s also the best area in the world to see the endangered black rhino. You will return to the resort in the late afternoon. While you wait for your supper on a clear night, you will have the opportunity to learn about the African night sky. You will dine at a pre-determined outing location, and the balance of the day will be spent seeing more wild animals. Later, you will depart the crater later, resulting in the second evening of our program. You will stay at Simba Camp or Ngorongoro Farm House for supper and short-term accommodation. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all options.Â
Day 3: Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Serengeti National Park
Awaken and enjoy your morning breakfast while relaxing. From there, continue your journey to Serengeti National Park. is the recreation area on the planet with the greatest concentration of large, well-evolved wildlife, and it is here that you will see the majority of your amazing untamed life. Lion prides, cheetahs, panthers, elephants, giraffes, hippos, impalas, dik dik, monkeys, primates, gazelles, warthogs, and other animals will be seen in the central Serengeti. On the way, eat your stuffed lunch. Arrive at the hotel, check-in, and take some time to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. In the evening, you’ll sit at the fireplace with your companion and learn about Tanzania’s history, from pre-colonial times to recent autonomy. Stay at Osinon Camps and Lodges, which will provide supper and expedite.
Day 4: Visit the Serengeti plains
Get up early in the morning for a cup of coffee or tea and a bite to eat, then put together you’re outing breakfast and head out for a game drive. Creatures may usually be seen directly from the camp, and you can even watch them in action early in the morning. We proceed on a game survey drive after breakfast along the Sogore River Circuit, which circles the fields south of the Seronera River and is ideal for possible sightings of lions, Thomson gazelles, topi, ostrich, and cheetah. After a morning’s drive to the Serengeti Seronera Lodge and public camping, the Visitor Center is well worth a visit. This is very well thought out. A gift shop sells information booklets and maps of the area, as well as some intriguing wildlife displays. A picnic space and an informative trail up and around a neighboring kopje are also available at the center, as is a shop selling cool drinks and snacks. We’ll have a relaxing picnic lunch in the shade of the large acacia trees at the center. Before we travel back to the lodge at Osinon camps and lodges for dinner and an overnight stay,
Day 5: Explore Lake Manyara National Park.
After the early morning game drive, you will enjoy the game drive to the Lake Manyara national park. This is the park that is known for having large flocks of the lesser flamingo birds that are found on Lake Manyara. The park is an absolute delight for you to see the tree-climbing lions as you make a stopover at Mto wa Mbu for the beautiful Masai Maara cultural experiences and encounters.
